About the Company

We are seeking to recruit 2 Unit Chef's to work at Mill Hill & Belmont School.

About the Role

As Unit Chef you will be enthusiastic about and demonstrate a passion for food. You will work with the Head Chef on the development of the school menus.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for all aspects of food safety - to deliver a safe service, in line with current Food and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Pay particular attention to and take overall responsibility for the daily implementation of the Allergens practices and regulations.

Required Skills

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Qualifications

  • Literate & Numerate
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Desirable)
  • 706/2 or NVQ2 chef qualification, or equivalent
