As the Bar Team Leader, you will oversee daily bar operations, ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage bar staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including equipment and supplies.
  • Train new team members on bar procedures, food production techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Implement health and safety regulations within the bar environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality or restaurant setting is essential.
  • Culinary experience or food preparation skills are highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production is required.
  • Experience in barista duties or working within a hotel environment is advantageous.
