Location: Westminster
Role: Art Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Art lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5), encouraging expressive outcomes.
- Inspire students to develop their skills in a range of artistic disciplines, fostering individual expression and creativity.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Art curriculum, promoting diverse forms of expression.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Art, valuing individual expression.
- Potentially lead extracurricular Art clubs or contribute to school art exhibitions, celebrating student expression.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Art at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply) with a focus on encouraging student expression.
- Strong subject knowledge in both traditional and contemporary art media, with an understanding of diverse forms of expression.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire creativity and expression in art.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to a vibrant school art community, valuing individual expression.
