Our client is now looking for an experienced VRV Technician to join their growing team and support their continued commitment to excellence.

The Role:
As a VRV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing advanced Mitsubishi and Daikin VRV/VRF systems. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities of the VRV Technician:

  • Diagnose faults using manufacturer-specific tools and software
  • Analyse fault codes and system data to identify root causes
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) according to manufacturer and industry standards
  • Carry out repairs including component replacements, leak detection, and refrigerant charging
  • Maintain accurate documentation and service records
  • Provide technical support to clients and guidance to colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies

What We're Looking For in a VRV Technician:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
  • F-Gas certification (essential)
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Mitsubishi and Daikin VRV/VRF systems
  • Proficiency in using manufacturer service tools and diagnostic software
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
