The Role

We're looking for a strong Chef de Partie who's confident on the line, passionate about fresh food, and ready to take that next step.

You'll work closely with our Head Chef and support a kitchen team that thrives on standards, teamwork and good energy.

This is a great role for a CDP wanting progression into a Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef role as the business continues to grow.

What You'll Do

  • Run your section with confidence during busy brunch and Sunday services
  • Support menu delivery and seasonal specials
  • Keep prep tight and service smooth alongside the team
  • Uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene and consistency
  • Bring a positive, team-first attitude to the kitchen every day

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience as a CDP (or strong Commis Chef ready to step up)
  • Passion for fresh, quality food
  • Calm, organised and reliable during fast services
  • Someone who wants to grow with a business and build a long-term role
