We are looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator who loves Lettings, for a thriving Brighton based lettings team The role will include managing new lets, negotiating tenancies, and delivering excellent service within a respected property company.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a professional and expanding property company in Brighton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for registering applicants, conducting viewings, negotiating tenancies, and managing relationships with landlords and tenants. With a focus on development, investment, and asset management, the company is well-regarded locally and offers excellent career progression. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering and qualifying new applicants
• Conducting property viewings across Brighton and surrounding areas
• Negotiating tenancies and securing fully managed ASTs
• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Assisting with new instructions and supporting the wider lettings team
• Working proactively to meet individual and team targets
• Ensuring compliance with lettings processes and legislation 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience as a residential Lettings Negotiator
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• ARLA qualification (advantageous but not essential)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive, proactive, and professional approach
• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Brighton property market (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
