The Package
Basic Salary: £21,750 (with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)
Realistic Earnings (including commission): £27,000 - £32,000
Work Pattern: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The Job:
Start your day with updates at the morning meeting
Make customers feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout their journey
Assist in presenting and negotiating offers and help progress deals
Prospect for new properties, arrange viewings, and book additional services (i.e. mortgages)
Identify leads and generate new business to boost performance
Primarily office-based, but if you enjoy being out and about, viewings will be a great part of the job

The Person

A minimum of 6 months Lettings experience is essential
Positive, driven, and ready to make things happen
A thirst for self-development and a passion for learning
Genuine care for customers and a strong work ethic
Full driving license and your own car
Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A person who enjoys helping customers find their perfect property
