Job Summary

This isn't your typical 9-5 job. You'll be part of a small, consistent team supporting one person, who is rebuilding his independence after a brain injury. This Rota is designed very carefully to give consistent continuity of care and works best when supported by the same small team in a predictable pattern. That's why we use the 3 days on / 6 days off cycle. It means you'll always know your work schedule well in advance, while also ensuring trust and progress with a familiar routine.

Fixed 3 Days On, 6 Days Off Pattern. That's more time for family, travel, hobbies, or a second income stream - while still earning a stable, competitive salary.

Full UK Manual Driving License required & DBS check required.

Key Responsibilities

Support with daily routines and rehab activities

Driving and assisting on outings (day trips, camper van adventures, social activities)

Being a calm overnight presence (9-hour sleep-in shifts)

Encouraging independence and confidence

Responding with patience if frustrations arise

Working closely with two other PAs to keep support consistent

Who We're Looking For

  • Must be aged 30+ (Driver insurance requirements)
  • Full Uk Driver's License and confident to drive a large vehicle
  • Caring, patient, and positive in your approach
  • Creative and motivated to help someone grow in confidence
  • Reliable and comfortable working 3-day live-in shifts
  • Experience in brain injury or rehab support is great, but not essential
  • Most importantly: you understand the importance of consistency in this very personal role and are happy to commit to the fixed Rota system
