Learning & Talent Development Specialist Senior - Leadership Development

- Partners and supports key initiatives through various tasks, projects and assignments for an organization's learning and talent development programs.
- Supports various initiatives for learning and talent programs, processes and policies according to organizational human resources strategies and in support of achieving business outcomes.
- Designs, develops and delivers a variety of learning and talent development programs to live audiences both in-person and virtually. May provide stand-up classroom instruction in person and/or virtually to employees, managers and senior leaders across the enterprise.
- Provides on-going support to monitor progress and evaluate learning and talent development strategy effectiveness.
- Develops strategic relationships with both internal and external partners, collaborating effectively.
- Drives innovation by applying current trends, improving tools, and fostering a growth mindset.
