The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Front Desk, Events, and Personal Assistant to manage front desk operations, coordinate events, and provide administrative support to the business owner. This multifaceted role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a hospitality-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:


•⁠ ⁠Front Desk Management: Act as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and professional welcome, managing bookings, handling deposits, confirmations, and inquiries via email and telephone.


•⁠ ⁠Events Coordination: Plan, organise, and execute events, ensuring seamless delivery and a high standard of guest satisfaction.


•⁠ ⁠Personal Assistant Duties: Support the business owner with administrative tasks, including diary management, meeting coordination, and attending meetings as required.


•⁠ ⁠Financial Tasks: Handle cash transactions, produce sales analysis reports, and maintain accurate financial records using spreadsheets.


•⁠ ⁠Communication: Liaise with guests, suppliers, and internal teams, maintaining clear and professional communication at all times.


•⁠ ⁠Interviews and Recruitment: Assist with scheduling and conducting interviews as needed.

Skills and Experience:


•⁠ ⁠Highly organised with a proactive and self-motivated approach.


•⁠ ⁠Strong accountancy and spreadsheet skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar required).


•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.


•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in events planning or coordination, ideally within hospitality.


•⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or administrative role is desirable.


•⁠ ⁠Comfortable handling cash and managing financial transactions.


•⁠ ⁠A team player with the flexibility to support restaurant operations when needed.
