Introduction:

Join our team as a Supported Living Manager at a newly established service in Sutton, Greater London. You will oversee the delivery of exceptional care for adults with complex needs, fostering independence and recovery in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational management of supported living services, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
  • Support and develop a dedicated team to deliver person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
  • Implement and monitor care plans, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes.
  • Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and company policies whilst promoting best practices.
  • Collaborate with professionals, families, and community resources to optimise resident outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Registered Manager or Supported Living Lead within mental health or learning disabilities services.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding procedures, and person-centred planning.
  • Leadership and staff management skills with a focus on quality improvement.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Pay & Benefits:

  • SALARY RANGE: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum.
