Are you ready to lead a pioneering supported living service within a values-driven care organisation?
We're working with a specialist provider launching their first supported living service for adults with enduring mental health needs. This innovative new model comprises four self-contained homes, designed to promote independence, recovery, and community integration. If you have experience as a Registered Manager in supported living or domiciliary care, and thrive in hands-on, high-autonomy roles, this could be your chance to shape something truly meaningful from the ground up.
You'll be responsible for the operational delivery of the service, overseeing compliance, staff performance, and personalised support planning. The organisation is committed to realistic expectations, strong clinical governance, and giving managers the tools they need to succeed.
