Monday, Wednesday and Friday 08:00-13:00 assisting client at nursery

Job Description

With this role you will be supporting a young child with complex care needs. Duties will include supporting with their care needs including administering medication via PEG and ventilator support. With the day shifts you we supporting the child at nursery, encouraging her to join in with nursery activities whilst giving her the clinical care she needs and monitoring her at nap time. 

This is a very important and rewarding role that requires a confident, caring and friendly care professional.

We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And you'll never know what challenges you're about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you'll be making your clients' days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Children's Complex Care Assistant.

You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care and more
