A leading luxury London developer is hiring a
New Homes Sales Negotiator
to join their onsite team.

If you're confident, proactive, and passionate about property, this is an ideal first step into new-homes sales with full training and a clear path to progress.

THE ROLE

  • Welcome and register buyers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing customers
  • Conduct viewings & follow-ups
  • Support offers and deal progression
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth buyer journey
  • Keep records updated & maintain presentation standards
  • Bring energy, ideas, and professionalism to the marketing suite

THE PROFILE

  • Customer-facing or sales experience (any sector)
  • Confident, personable, and well-presented
  • Passionate about property
  • Strong communicator & eager to learn
  • Able to work onsite 5 days/week (incl. alternate Saturdays)

PACKAGE

  • Base:
    Up to £27,000
  • OTE:
    c. £40,000
  • Holidays:
    25 days + bank holidays
  • Hours:
    Mon–Fri 9:30–6 + every other Sat (day in lieu)
