The RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic Consultants who are passionate about advancing their careers within digital and health and or social care and driven by helping clients create meaningful change. You will have the opportunity to work on projects of varying scale and complexity across digital transformation.
What would be expected of me as a consultant?Delivery
- You will be a key member of our project team in the delivery of client engagements and associated outputs, supporting in day-to-day client management, project management and the development of high-quality client deliverables.
- You will be involved in the creation and delivery of client workshops, meetings, and presentations
- You will be supported to produce high quality deliverables which aim to exceed our clients expectations.
## Client Engagement
- You will lead discrete pieces of work on client engagements, ensuring stakeholder expectations are clearly understood and managed proactively.
- You will be passionate about developing and nurturing key relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
## Knowledge and Innovation
- You will be a forward thinker, utilising your technical, functional and job specific knowledge and experience to support delivery.
- You will take a proactive approach to building expertise and knowledge of the health, care, and digital sector.
- You will demonstrate rounded capability with regards to core consulting skills, supported by the wider Channel 3 team.
The ideal candidate will be driven to help clients deliver successful digital initiatives and associated business change.
Desired- Knowledge of the digital health and/ or social care market.
- Understanding of structures and business processes in the NHS and/or local government sectors.
- Rounded ability with regards to consulting skillset and capabilities.
- Experience in supporting the delivery of technology solutions to enable clients to operate more effectively and efficiently.
- Experience in supporting the design and planning of digital initiatives (e.g., through business cases, options appraisals, and roadmaps).
## Essential
- Ability to produce impactful documentation and reports that can engage across different stakeholders.
- A hands-on approach and a confidence to engage with clients and make things happen.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ethics and integrity and the ability to act as a role model to others.
