Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Producer at Inner Vision Pictures, located in Reading with some work-from-home flexibility. The Executive Producer will oversee projects from conception to completion, manage budgets, lead production strategy, and coordinate with creative, technical, and administrative teams. The role includes developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, securing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Executive Producer will also provide guidance and mentorship to production staff, maintaining quality standards and adherence to company vision.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, budget management, and resource allocation within the film or media production industry
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship skills
- Proven ability in creative development, script evaluation, and content strategy
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and contract negotiation skills
- Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with modern filmmaking technologies, editing tools, and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field preferred
- Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work model and manage remote coordination tasks effectively
