West London College is seeking a proactive, highly organised and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient operations across our college departments, with a particular focus on exceptional service delivery, discretion, and organisation.

What you'll be doing:
Delivering high-quality administrative support to the Executive Support and Administration teams
Managing schedules, documents, and correspondence with accuracy and speed
Maintaining internal systems and the college portal with up-to-date and well-organised information
Handling confidential matters with professionalism
Prioritising competing tasks and deadlines with calm efficiency
Working closely with staff across the college to support the delivery of high-quality education
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who brings a professional polish, proven administrative experience, and the confidence to support senior staff in a fast-paced environment.
A proven track record in a similar administrative role (education or public sector preferred)
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using MS Office and digital systems for diary management, document creation, and data entry
Able to prioritise, multi-task and stay organised in a busy environment
A helpful, positive, and professional attitude
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
