About Grayling
Grayling is a global communications agency with one mission: to create advantage for our clients through connected, creative thinking. We help organisations build their reputation, tell their story, and engage with the people who matter - through the media, with government, and online.

For our people, that means the chance to work with household brands and ambitious start-ups alike, alongside talented colleagues across the UK and worldwide. We're proud to be building a workplace where everyone can thrive and make an impact.

At Grayling, we don't just connect brands with audiences - we shape conversations, reputations, and culture. To do this, we need brilliant people. That's where you come in…

About The Role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who can understand our industry and knows how to find, attract, and engage the very best people. You'll already have some recruitment experience, (bonus points if that's in the communications or creative industries) - but this isn't essential.

We're looking for someone who's a natural relationship-builder and thrives on delivering a standout candidate experience from that very first call.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work closely alongside our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to understand our stakeholders' hiring needs and deliver smart, time efficient recruitment strategies.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and assisting with offer coordination.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines, using LinkedIn Recruiter, and our talent database
  • Support the creation of clear, inclusive job adverts that attract a diverse range of candidates across different regions and job specialisms.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls, particularly for junior-level roles, to assess suitability, share role insights, and ensure alignment with our values and expectations.
  • Ensure every candidate has a positive, seamless experience with us – regardless of the outcome. This includes providing timely and constructive interview feedback to all candidates.
  • Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in maximising the effectiveness of our recruitment systems (such as Greenhouse and Mevitae), ensuring hiring managers feel confident and empowered to engage with them effectively.
  • Become a confident user of Greenhouse, ensuring candidates are accurately processed through each stage of the recruitment cycle – this includes interview scheduling.
  • Get involved in wider projects, from DE&I initiatives to employer brand campaigns, to ensure we keep raising the bar.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven internal recruitment / talent acquisition experience, ideally in the communications or creative sector.
  • A people person with strong influencing skills, high emotional intelligence, and integrity.
  • Confidence in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to uncover active and passive talent would be a bonus.
  • Ideally, experience with an ATS - if you've used Greenhouse before, fantastic. If not, experience with any ATS and a willingness to get under the skin of a new system will set you up for success.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail – balancing multiple priorities with ease and high levels of accuracy.
  • A collaborative team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves, share ideas, and support colleagues across the wider People Team and beyond.

Our promises to you

  • Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working & flexi time and 4pm Friday finishes
  • 25 days' holiday
  • Additional day of leave on your birthday & gifted time off over Christmas
  • A monthly cash allowance to use on the benefits most important to you. Whether it's subscribing to services like Netflix, dental insurance or gym membership, you'll have the freedom to choose how you enjoy it
  • Free subscription to Calm app
  • Free breakfasts & fruit
  • An abundance of personal development opportunities, through our internal training programmes.
  • Railcard reimbursement
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee Assistance Programme offering a 24/7 confidential advice line
  • Life assurance
