Pilgrims Hospices is looking for a Sunday Supervisor to join the team in our Whitstable General Store, helping to support our retail managers, staff and volunteers with their day-to-day duties.
The Role
As the Sunday Supervisor you will assist the retail operations and ensure that they are a successful source of income generation whilst maintaining a good rapport with the wider retail team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- To support the Retail Manager with the day to day running of the shop.
- Meeting agreed financial targets.
- Maintaining effective stock management and merchandising.
- Managing and training volunteers.
- Carrying out shop administration.
- Ensuring adequate security.
- Following health and safety policy & procedures and giving training when needed..
- Implementing and ensuring the growth or our Gift Aid scheme.

Working Arrangements
This is a permanent, part-time role (7 hrs per week) and is based at Pilgrims Hospices Whitstable General Store. Working day will be every Sunday .
