Job description: We are looking for an Installation Engineer to support the implementation and delivery of all installation and activities. Must have their own van and tools (including hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments).

Expected hours: Job would be on a demand basis, the hourly rate would be applied on every single day, whether it's a weekend/ weekday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Cat6 cable termination for efficient data transmission.
  • Install and configure CCTV cameras to enhance security systems.
  • Install Wi-Fi access points to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Lay Cat6 cables to establish reliable network connections.
  • Use of drill machine, can mount CCTV Camera, lay in/pull Network cables.
  • Collaborate with the team on various installation tasks.
  • Utilize ladders for installations at varying heights.
  • Utilize power and hand tools for accurate installations.
  • Must be willing and able to travel throughout the Birmingham state
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to efficiently perform the job requirements.
  • Ability to handle physical workload, including but not limited to, standing, walking, bending, lifting & carrying, and other physical requirements of the job.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and all types of terrain

Qualifications:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
  • IT Related Certifications? (preferred)
  • ECS/ CSCS Health and Safety / Health Insurance card is a must
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
