Job OverviewAs an Installation Engineer, you will install commercial kitchen canopies, servery counters, service distribution units, condense canopies and ductwork across the UK. You will work on a variety of sites, including pubs, restaurants and other hospitality venues, delivering high‑quality installations for a growing and respected business. This role involves frequent travel and working away from home on a regular basis. Key Responsibilities Installation of commercial kitchen canopies, ductwork and associated systems. Installation of servery counters. Working on various building sites across the UK. Carrying out site installations efficiently and meeting agreed deadlines and customer specifications. Working closely with contractors and other engineers to ensure project success. Adhering to safety regulations and ensuring work is performed in compliance with industry standards. Maintaining equipment and tools to a high standard. Representing the company professionally on client sites. Supervising the Installation Labourer and influencing best practice. Experience Required At least 2 years experience installing commercial kitchen canopies and ductwork. Clean driving licence. Valid CSCS card. NVQ Level 3 an advantage. SSSTS an advantage, but training can be provided. PASMA an advantage, but training can be provided. IPAF an advantage, but training can be provided. Ability to undertake on‑site TIG welding of stainless steel an advantage. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Details £45k p.a. All travel and hotel expenses paid. Meal allowances paid when working away from home. All power tools, lifting equipment, podiums provided. Vehicle provided with fuel card. Mobile phone and tablet provided.
