As the Reward Specialist, you'll be supporting the delivery of a high-quality service within the Human Resources function, covering activities such as benchmarking compensation, conducting salary reviews and ensuring compliance with reward policies. This will help us excel at attracting, retaining and motivating top talent, ensuring our people feel valued and empowered — and keeping us ahead of the game.

What you'll be doing

Salary Benchmarking & Market Analysis

  • Conduct global and regional salary benchmarking exercises to ensure competitive positioning.

  • Maintain up-to-date market data using external survey providers and benchmarking tools.

  • Analyse compensation trends and provide insights to support pay-related decisions.

  • Prepare salary proposal, pay recommendations and annual salary increase mandates.

Job Profiling & Evaluation

  • Develop and maintain consistent job profiles across all business units and geographies.

  • Partner with HRBPs and managers to evaluate and align roles using a structured framework.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of a global job architecture library.

Reward Operations & Governance

  • Assist in managing annual compensation reviews and pay structures.

  • Support benefits benchmarking exercises to ensure competitive offerings by market.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, local legislation and governance frameworks.

Data Insights & Reporting

  • Produce dashboards and reports on remuneration trends, pay gaps and global alignment.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, leveraging internal and external data sources.

  • Ensure reward insights are integrated into broader workforce reporting.

Essential skills you'll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

  • 3+ years' experience in reward, remuneration and HR analytics in a global environment.

  • Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, job profiling and compensation frameworks.

  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience analysing and presenting data clearly.

  • Comfortable working with external survey providers (e.g. Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry) and analysing market benchmarking data.

  • Exposure to HRIS platforms and tools for reward and analytics (e.g. Workday)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs.

Desirable skills you've got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some the following skills:

  • Experience supporting multiple regions and business entities.

  • Familiarity with global benefits benchmarking and governance requirements.
