Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices
  • Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Skills

  • Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
  • Previous restaurant experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£14.50 per hour
