Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality drinks, maintaining cleanliness in the shop, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot drinks to our standard.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas.
  • Assist with set up and cleaning after hours.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and offering advice on any item for sale within our baker/deli/coffee shop after some training.

Skills

  • Previous barista experience is essential although training will be provided.
  • Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team setting. A friendly, confident personality is a must.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.5 – 23 per week
