About our client
We are working with an award-winning investment consultant. They are seeking an experienced private debt professional to join their investment research team

What the job involves
This role reports to the Head of Private Debt and will offer excellent exposure to live projects and both existing & new clients of the firm.

  • Conducting private debt manager selection projects, from initial screening, the due-diligence process and ultimately recommendations to clients
  • Manage and prioritise the research agenda across private debt and its sub-asset classes
  • Improve the analytical and monitoring processes of the firm
  • Train relationship managers and support in the full client onboarding process
  • Contribute to the leadership development of both the research team and the wider business

Who we are looking for

  • Experience within private debt, this could come from a manager selection role, direct investment role, or debt advisory
  • Strong analytical, due diligence and project management skills
  • Leadership and managerial experience
  • Strong educational background
