Clayton Glass is one of the UK's leading glass manufacturers, and our Swindon site—opened less than a year ago—has huge potential. We're looking for a Head of Site Performance to take full ownership of this operation and turn it into a profitable, high-performing hub. What You'll Do

  • Deliver Profitability: Improve margins, reduce waste, and maximize return on investment.
  • Own Site Performance: Lead all aspects of production, safety, quality, and customer service.
  • Strategic Leadership: Translate business goals into operational plans and deliver results.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement efficiency initiatives and cost-saving strategies.
  • Inspire Teams: Build a high-performance culture and develop future leaders.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in senior operations or site management within manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of improving profitability and delivering ROI.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • IOSH certification (or similar) for health & safety.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.

Desirable: MBA or postgraduate qualification, ERP experience, ISO frameworks, and data analysis tools.

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday (flexibility required)
