Hazards in Housing Administrator – Temporary Assignment

Overview
We are working with a valued client who has an immediate requirement for a skilled Administrator to support their Housing Maintenance team, focusing on managing hazards within housing workflows. This role is essential in ensuring statutory compliance and keeping their processes running smoothly.
About the Role
As a Hazards in Housing Administrator, you will be supporting our client by maintaining accurate records, coordinating hazard-related actions, and ensuring compliance under Awaab's Law and HHSRS regulations. You'll work closely with their Gas and Electrical Manager and internal teams to keep workflows up to date and ensure timely progress.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update hazard-related tasks using Microsoft Planner
- Monitor statutory compliance (Awaab's Law / HHSRS) and escalate risks where needed
- Produce weekly progress reports for the Gas and Electrical Manager
- Liaise with internal teams to schedule and document hazard-related work
- Keep accurate records and ensure all actions are logged and completed
Qualifications
- Minimum three GCSEs (including English and Maths)
- Strong administrative background, ideally in compliance or property maintenance
- Confident using Microsoft Office and workflow tools
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
Candidates must be able to attend the Lyndhurst office as required.
