Deputy Kitchen Manager – Golden Bull Camberley Steak House

At the Golden Bull in Camberley, our Deputy Kitchen Managers play a vital role in delivering an efficient, effective, and profitable kitchen service that meets all Health and Food Safety standards. With a great attitude and a lead-by-example approach, you'll inspire excellence across the team and champion a culture of pride, professionalism, and positivity.

Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, you'll be a hands-on leader who motivates, develops, and supports Line Chefs while ensuring all brand and company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading daily kitchen operations with energy, precision, and a commitment to high standards.

  • Setting the tone for the team by modelling best practices, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

  • Motivating and developing Line Chefs to uphold service excellence, safety protocols, and company values.

  • Reviewing guest feedback regularly and driving creative improvements to elevate the dining experience.

  • Managing kitchen-related office administration and liaising with third-party contractors.

  • Collaborating with other department leaders to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
