Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee the delivery of services for our JLL account in London. This role is pivotal in ensuring contractual compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional client satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing relationships and driving performance across all aspects of the account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the JLL account, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner.
  • Oversee operational delivery, including planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and reporting requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the account.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in account management within property services or facilities management.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent financial and commercial acumen.
  • Knowledge of compliance and health & safety regulations.
  • Ability to deliver high standards of service and customer care.
