We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our sales force. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting customer relationships, and closing deals. You will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer accounts, and contributing to the success of the company's sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and generate new sales leads through face to face interactions
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients and demonstrate how our offerings meet their needs
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals effectively
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction and drive repeat business
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimise sales efforts
Track sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
