Job Title: Self-Employed Luxury Sales Negotiator

Location: Ware, Welwyn & Hertford

Earning Potential: 50% Commission – Uncapped (One sale a month = £99,000+ per year)

Contract: Self-Employed (Employed role or salary retainer available for the right candidate)

What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, market, and sell high-end homes (£1.1M+)

  • Conduct valuations, viewings, and negotiations

  • Build strong client relationships with buyers and vendors

  • Deliver a premium, personal service throughout the sales journey

Ideal Candidate:

  • Sales or property background (luxury preferred)

  • Confident, professional, self-motivated

  • Strong local knowledge (Ware, Welwyn, Hertford)

  • Full driving licence and own car
