Responsibilities:

- To operate operate both of our in-house guillotines to produce cut-to-size blanks

- Handle materials and tools safely and efficiently

- Perform quality checks on finished products

- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Desirable skills:

-Guillotine experience

- Forklift certification

- Previous experience in steel industry

This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working with in a factory floor environment. Training will be provided to develop the necessary skills for success in this role.

Starting hourly rate is between £12.60/hr and £13.20/hr depending on experience; overtime is paid at x 1.5 usual rate between Monday - Saturday, and x 2 on Sundays.

There is also a £50 Attendance and Timekeeping Bonus, paid monthly, which you would be eligible for after 1 month completed work.

Successful candidates will be working from 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Wage is paid monthly, 12th of each Month
