About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you'll work closely with senior analysts to collect, clean, and interpret data that supports business insights and decision-making. It's an excellent opportunity to start your career in data and build a strong foundation in analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, organize, and clean datasets from various internal and external sources.
  • Assist in analyzing trends, patterns, and relationships in data.
  • Create clear visualizations and reports to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate insights.
  • Support the development of dashboards and automated reporting tools.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure consistent documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Basic understanding of Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred:

  • Experience working with large datasets or business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
  • Interest in learning advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
