Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who wants to learn how data powers a fast-growing digital and technology business. You'll work closely with our founders, tech team, and product leads to support client reporting, analyse performance, and contribute to the development and improvement of our internal data systems.

You don't need to be an expert yet. What matters most is your curiosity, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn. You'll have a front-row seat to how a digital-first company operates and scales, learning directly from the people who built Addesu.

Your work will help improve our reporting experience for clients, automate internal processes, and expand the capabilities of our platform, all of which support Addesu's mission of bringing clarity, transparency, and simplicity to digital advertising.

Your Responsibilities
Reporting & Insights

• Support the management and improvement of client dashboards and reporting processes.
• Work with data from platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.
• Help surface meaningful insights for consultants, account teams, and clients.

Data Operations

• Assist in maintaining and improving internal monitoring, audits, and alerting systems.
• Contribute to internal data quality checks and troubleshoot issues when they arise.
• Support ongoing data-driven projects that align with product and tech sprints.

Visualisation & Product Development

• Help build and update dashboards, visualisations, and automated client reporting outputs.
• Work with Power BI, and other tools (training provided as needed).
• Provide feedback and ideas to help improve the Addesu platform and reporting features.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work alongside consultants, account managers, and product teams to ensure data accuracy and effective reporting.
• Translate data findings into clear, simple insights for non-technical audiences.

You'd Need

• Some experience or demonstrated strong interest in SQL, Excel/Sheets, PowerBI or data manipulation.
• Interest in further developing skills in tools like Azure SQL, PowerBI, or other BI platforms.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to approach problems logically.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, curious mindset — you enjoy figuring out how things work.
• Ability to work independently when needed, while being a supportive team player.

Bonus (not required):

• Exposure to digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with other data visualisation tools.

You'd Get

• A base salary of
  £32,000–£36,000

, depending on experience.
- Salary reviews every 6 months at a minimum.
