Our Role

We are looking for a Wealth and Investments Content Writer to join our Marketing Team on a fixed-term full-time 9-month contract. You would be joining a well-established team which provides content and marketing support for Handelsbanken Wealth & Asset Management. This role is based in our London office, and offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced senior writer and other experienced creative colleagues in a supportive team environment.

We are looking for someone with experience in financial services to take responsibility for the timely production of investment commentary across a range of products and capabilities, including our weekly market bulletin, fund commentaries, presentation updates and editorial reviews. You would liaise with different teams around the business to build marketing content across many media formats including direct customer communications, PR, website, internal communications, and social media.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting the Head of Marketing across all marketing tasks
• Writing regular market commentaries
• Writing performance updates for customers
• Editorial work on internal and external communications
• Updating marketing materials (including presentations) on a regular basis
• Liaising with different teams around the business to build marketing content
• Working to produce content across media formats

Person Specification

As a busy Marketing team, it is important to us that you are an enterprising person and proactive. We want someone who is passionate about their work, who thrives in a busy environment, and can multi task and prioritise their work for the day.

Skills:

• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to summarise complex information into simple, easily understood commentary for customers
• At least 5 years' experience in a Marketing or Communications role in an Asset Management and/or Wealth Management Business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Interest in wealth planning, investments, and financial markets

Academic:

• University degree
• IMC preferred
