Job Description

Are you passionate about driving IT service excellence through smart platform solutions? We're looking for a
ServiceNow ITSM Analyst
to join our dynamic IT team at Rotork. You'll play a key role in enhancing and administering our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it supports seamless ITSM processes and aligns with business goals.

What you'll do:

  • Own and optimise the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Drive automation, integrations, and continuous improvement aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Provide technical support, training, and documentation to empower users and teams.
  • Monitor platform updates and champion enhancements that add real value.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in ServiceNow administration and ITSM process implementation.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and enterprise system integrations.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving service delivery.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Proven experience administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL principles
  • Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and customisations
  • Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

  • ITIL Foundation certification or higher
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and scripting
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and performance analytics
  • Experience in a medium to large organisation with mature ITSM practices
