You'll play a key role in enhancing and administering our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it supports seamless ITSM processes and aligns with business goals.
What you'll do:
- Own and optimise the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Drive automation, integrations, and continuous improvement aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation to empower users and teams.
- Monitor platform updates and champion enhancements that add real value.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in ServiceNow administration and ITSM process implementation.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and enterprise system integrations.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving service delivery.
Essential
- Proven experience administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL principles
- Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and customisations
- Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- ITIL Foundation certification or higher
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and scripting
- Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and performance analytics
- Experience in a medium to large organisation with mature ITSM practices
