What You Will Own

As our AI Consultant, you'll be the quarterback between our product and sophisticated PE clients. You'll drive adoption, prove ROI, and turn PoCs into long-term partnerships by helping clients embed Capsa into their investment workflows. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where your work directly influences both revenue and product direction.

• Drive client implementation:
  Guide clients through technical setup, integrations (CRM, data platforms like FactSet), and workflow optimisation
• Prove measurable impact:
  Design and execute proof-of-concept engagements that demonstrate clear ROI during trials
• Maximise product adoption:
  Identify high-value use cases across deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring — then train client teams to execute
• Build the consulting playbook:
  Create repeatable implementation frameworks, training materials, and success metrics from scratch
• Own PoC-to-paid conversion:
  Work closely with sales to convert engaged PoCs into paying enterprise clients
• Deliver executive impact:
  Present usage analytics, insights, and strategic recommendations to client C-suite and AI committees
• Shape product direction:
  Work closely with the product team to influence the roadmap of our AI platform based on client needs and market feedback
• Support commercial discussions:
  Assist in scoping statements of work, expansion opportunities, and contract negotiations

Who You Are

• Background:
  2-5 years of experience in private equity, management consulting, or investment banking
• Communication:
  Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills — you communicate effectively with diverse internal and external audiences
• Project management:
  Capable of managing multiple projects and tight deadlines with autonomy
• Education:
  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a comparable subject from a university or business school with an excellent academic track record
• AI curious:
  Experience using generalist AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other major foundation model providers is a plus
• Client-obsessed:
  Confident presenting to C-suite, facilitating workshops, and managing multi-stakeholder relationships
• A builder:
  Energised by creating processes, playbooks, and frameworks in fast-paced startup environments
