Client Advisor – Contemporary RTW & Leather Goods (Outlet)

We are partnering with a globally recognised contemporary fashion brand known for its strong identity, premium craftsmanship, and distinctive approach to ready-to-wear and leather goods. The brand combines luxury sensibility with a modern, effortless attitude.

We are seeking a confident and commercially minded Client Advisor to join the team in a high-profile luxury outlet location.

The Role

As a Client Advisor, you will deliver a dynamic, personalised shopping experience while driving sales in a fast-paced outlet environment. You will act as a brand ambassador, balancing energy and efficiency with elevated service standards.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on customer interaction, enjoys storytelling, and understands how to convert high footfall into meaningful, repeat client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a premium, engaging client experience aligned with a contemporary luxury brand
  • Proactively approach customers and confidently present RTW and leather goods collections
  • Drive sales performance through strong product knowledge, styling, and upselling
  • Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
  • Maintain high standards across visual merchandising and floor presentation
  • Support stock handling, replenishment, and general store operations
  • Work collaboratively to achieve individual and store KPIs

About You

  • Previous experience in premium or contemporary fashion retail (outlet experience advantageous)
  • Confident, energetic, and sales-driven with a natural ability to connect with customers
  • Strong interest in fashion, styling, and leather goods
  • Resilient and adaptable in a busy, high-traffic environment
  • Flexible to work weekends, peak periods, and outlet trading hours
