Location: Windsor (minimum 2 days per week)

Salary: Negotiable (£30-42K depending on experience/level)

Our client is a fast-growing agency seeking a practical, modern, comms-first storyteller who lives at the intersection of creators, earned media and executive communications.

This is not a social media creator role
- it's a comms-first position that will help turn client strategies into clear narratives, uses influencer partnerships to shape reputation, and drive measurable comms outcomes.

You'll support integrated client campaigns that connect creators, media and stakeholders.

Your work will help clients tell consistent stories externally and internally, amplify executive voices, and make influencer partnerships deliver real comms value beyond vanity metrics.

Expect hands-on delivery, close collaboration with senior team members, and real ownership of day-to-day execution.

What you'll do for clients

• Support influencer programmes for clients - help source, vet, brief and manage creators and AI-driven talent; assist with negotiations, contracts and usage-rights tracking.
• Build influencer and talent roster.
• Shape client narrative assets and briefs - draft campaign narratives, influencer story arcs, media pitches, executive op-eds, speaking decks and reusable briefing packs that senior teams and social partners can activate.
• Deliver wider client comms - support media relations, internal comms, stakeholder updates, executive comms and basic crisis response for client accounts under senior guidance.
• Contribute to client thought leadership - from drafting bylines to LinkedIn leadership posts to whitepaper sections to conference materials that position clients as category voices – and so much more
• Capture and convert live client moments - attend client shoots, events and activations to gather context and turn it into comms-ready hooks, press lines and asset briefs.
• Coordinate cross-channel amplification for clients - work with creative, social and digital teams to ensure messaging consistency and rights-compliant asset reuse while leaving day-to-day publishing to channel owners.
• Manage admin and reporting for client accounts - maintain content calendars, asset libraries, influencer paperwork and basic performance dashboards; surface insights to senior client teams.
• Monitor campaign metrics and surface insights and recommendations to senior team members
• Support relationship building for clients - proactive outreach to creators, journalists and partners and help maintain those networks on behalf of clients.

Who we're looking for

• You'll be a natural connector who builds and nurtures creator, media and partner relationships.
• Agency experience in communications, journalism, influencer marketing or content support (3 years preferred).
• Strong storyteller with excellent writing and editorial judgement across short and long formats.
• Comms-aware and creator-savvy - understands how comms is evolving and is moving with the times.
• Comfortable with contracts and rights - able to support negotiations and usage tracking for client deals.
• Organised and dependable - excellent at juggling multiple client tasks, stakeholder updates and deadlines.
• Team player who takes direction, escalates appropriately and learns quickly.
• Proactive and solutions-focused in a fast-paced agency environment.
