seeking an energetic and digitally native
Communications and Influencer Executive
.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience in both
influencer management
and
hands-on traditional communications
to shape brand narratives and drive measurable results across top-tier clients.
This dynamic role requires a blend of strategic planning, meticulous execution, and creative flair. You will be the pivotal link between our brands and the creator economy, ensuring campaigns are authentic, engaging, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Influencer Campaign Management:
Strategise, develop, and execute full-funnel influencer campaigns across key social platforms, specifically TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Develop content strategies and creative briefs tailored to platform mechanics and audience culture.
Content Creator Outreach & Negotiation:
Identify, vet, and forge strong, collaborative partnerships with relevant creators (from micro- to macro-influencers).
Handle all contract negotiations, usage rights, and rate discussions with influencers or talent agencies.
Hands-on Communications (Comms) Output:
Utilise personal experience in comms creation to lead by example. This includes:
- Developing in-house communications for the agency and select client channels (e.g., press releases, blogs, news announcements).
Advising influencers and clients on optimal content formats, scripting, and editing to maximise engagement and resonance.
Relationship Nurturing & Strategy:
Build and maintain excellent, long-term relationships with influencers, agents, and client teams.
Trend Spotting: Proactively monitor new social media features, platform updates, and emerging creator trends to inform future strategy.
Performance Reporting & Analytics:
Rigorously track and analyse campaign performance using social analytics tools.
- Deliver insightful, data-driven reports on ROI, reach, and engagement to clients.
Candidate Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience
in an Influencer Marketing or Digital PR role, ideally within an
agency environment
. - Demonstrated ability/personal experience
in creating engaging traditional communications (press releases, blogs, etc.). - Negotiation -
Confidence in drafting and negotiating contracts, usage rights, and rates with talent agencies and creators. - Platform Expertise -
Deep understanding of the mechanics and culture of
TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
. - Communication -
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly and professionally. - Location -
Commutable to the agency's offices in
Windsor (Hybrid Working 2/3 Days onsite).
