Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Fundraiser. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, identifying and reaching out to potential donors, organizing fundraising events, and creating promotional materials. Additionally, the Fundraiser will handle grant writing and reporting, maintain donor relationships, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing fundraising strategies
  • Ability to identify and engage potential donors
  • Organizational skills for managing fundraising events
  • Proficiency in creating promotional materials and grant writing
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and guidelines
  • Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the housing industry or with resilient housing projects is a plus
