Job Overview

Noble Insurance Service is a leading independent insurance broker, who is looking to appoint a highly motivated Customer Service person to join our team with a great attitude to learning.

Office based in Newark, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a small new team and develop a career within a busy insurance brokers office dealing with policies under our specialist brand Graham Sykes. Noble Insurance is in a very exciting phase with significant investment and plans for expansion within the business, this is a fantastic time to join our company and offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Customer Service /Insurance knowledge or working within the Insurance industry or other similar financial sectors.

. A knowledge of specialist motor insurance is desirable – in particular modified and/or American cars – but not essential.

· Great customer service when speaking to customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.

· An enthusiastic and upbeat personality, with a can-do attitude.

· A desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Experience of working in an office or call centre environment is desirable, but not essential.

· The ability to work both individually and as part of a team.

· The role will include inbound and outbound calls, new business quotations, renewing current policies, and dealing with any general policy adjustments.
