Recruitment Business Partner – Prestigious Insurance Group

Location:
Birmingham (Hybrid)

Contract:
12-Month FTC

We're partnering with a leading, highly respected insurer who is looking for a confident, proactive Recruitment Business Partner to take ownership of their agency supplier relationships and support recruitment activity across the UK, US and Europe.

The Role

You'll act as the key point of contact for all agency recruitment activity, ensuring smooth delivery, strong compliance, and consistent candidate quality. This is a hands-on, relationship-led role where you'll balance stakeholder management with process improvement and talent insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, review and optimise relationships with all external recruitment agencies
  • Ensure agency performance aligns with SLA's, KPI's and business expectations
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide expert guidance
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for agency-sourced roles
  • Track performance, spend and pipeline data, reporting trends and opportunities
  • Support continuous improvement across recruitment processes and supplier performance
  • Drive brand consistency and an excellent candidate experience across all touch-points

About You:

  • Strong recruitment experience, ideally gained within insurance or financial services
  • Proven background managing agency partners and delivering through third-party suppliers
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence and advise at all levels
  • Process-focused with excellent organisational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
  • Collaborative, professional and relationship-driven
