Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

Location: Camberley, Surrey, GU16

Salary: OTE £35,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to become part of a forward-thinking independent agency in the Camberley area.

The ideal candidate will combine lettings expertise with a professional and proactive approach, contributing to business growth while ensuring clients and tenants receive exceptional service. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing tenant enquiries and arranging property viewings
  • Negotiating and agreeing tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
  • Progressing lets through to move-in and ensuring smooth transactions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Supporting marketing and property promotion activities
  • Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and internal procedures 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous residential lettings experience essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of customer service and professionalism
  • Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
  • Good knowledge of the local Camberley/Frimley area
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential (own car preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
