LAND & NEW HOMES SALES MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Frimley Green, GU1
Salary: OTE £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, skilled and charismatic Sales Manager/Land & New Homes Sales Manager to work within a highly professional, Independent Estate Agents.
This role will be actively managing the Land and New Homes projects for the company, you will need to have experience in Land sourcing, Acquisition, Planning, Development and New Home Sales.
You will need to be passionate, energetic and enthusiastic, patient and the type of individual who seeks out opportunities.
The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience in Land and New homes.
