Role: Assistant Management Accountant

Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 37hpw, between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 08:00-13:00 Friday

Salary: between £30,000 and £35,000 pa DOE

What you'll do:

• Support the production of monthly management accounts and update budget/forecast tables
• Analyse and report on fixed overheads and variable costs
• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Report vehicle BOM costs and investigate manufacturing costs
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support margin reporting

What we're looking for:

• AAT Level 4 or ACCA/CIMA part-qualified (essential)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and ERP experience (essential)
• Experience in fixed overheads reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, ledger coding, and journal posting (essential)
• Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
