We're excited to be looking for Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Planner to join our team where you'll be based inYeovil. You'll support our fantastic Trades operatives to deliver a timely and efficient repairs service for our customers, promoting our 'first time fix' ethos. This is a six months fixed term role.

Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills are a must as you'll effectively manage the operatives' diaries to make sure the right colleague is sent to the right job and that their day is planned in a way that reduces travel time, maximises productivity and is focused around delivering an exceptional customer service. That's what's at the heart of this role, making sure we do the right thing for our customers.

As well as our operatives, you'll also speak regularly over the phone to our contractors and suppliers to arrange delivery of services and equipment as well as our customers to keep them in the loop on when we'll be with them to carry out the service.
