We are looking for an authentic and driven Spa Team Member/Fitness Instructor (Part-Time) to join us at Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel and embrace your unique, best self to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections

As a Spa Team Member/Fitness Instructor, we will support you to
:

What do you need to be a Spa Team Member/Fitness Instructor?
Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting the overall guest experience in our Spa and Leisure setting through answering guest queries; being knowledgeable about Health and Safety regulations; taking fitness classes with our guests; ensuring our fitness areas are clean and safe and going above and beyond to make sure guests leave with a smile So, we are looking for someone who has…

  • Availability to work 3 to 4 shifts per week (24 hours per week contract), including weekends so weekend availability is essential
  • Experience working as a Fitness Instructor or similar (ideally within a Hotel environment)
  • Fitness Level 2 qualification (essential)
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety practices, confident in maintaining a hygienic environment
  • Drive to produce results, we work together within the Kimpton family to continue to provide our guests with extremely personal experiences and human connection.
  • A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
  • Overall, you will be willing to work within our team to embrace our service and delight our guests
