Our work focuses on housing and equipment assessments, manual handling evaluations, and tailored training solutions — all aimed at improving independence and quality of life.

About You

You're someone who's passionate about helping others live more independently and confidently. You're reliable, organised, and motivated to make a difference through your work.

Essential Requirements:

  • Completed or currently working towards a BSc/MSc in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
  • A strong commitment to person-centred practice
  • Empathetic, approachable, and enthusiastic about client rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to take initiative while following professional and clinical guidance
  • Familiarity with adaptive equipment, functional activity programmes, or therapeutic exercises

Desirable Experience:

  • Supporting clients with neurological conditions, acquired brain injury (ABI), or complex physical needs

Your Role

As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will:

  • Support Occupational Therapists in delivering personalised rehabilitation programmes
  • Assist clients with daily living skills, exercises, and functional activities
  • Help set up and adjust equipment and adaptive devices
  • Observe and record client progress, providing valuable input to the multidisciplinary team
  • Engage with clients and families with compassion, respect, and professionalism
